John was born on 02 February 1819 and christened on 25 April in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire, England. His parents were Naphthali and Mary Norris. [1]
He married Charlotte Fensom, daughter of James Fensom, on 18 May 1850 in Wheathampstead. [2]
Their son William Taylor Norris was christened on 18 August 1850 in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. [3]
