The sole birth record for Samuel Bundy lists his year of birth as 1679, not 1676 as is commonly seen. The document is linked from his profile. Is there a primary source document for Elizabeth's death? Edit: the primary source document for her death clearly reads 4 Mar 1676/7. However there is now evidence of another person named Elizabeth Bundy unless her headright was claimed by other than her husband as claimed on husband's profile.
The rootsweb links below give information but no sources. What indicates she is the daughter of Capt John Norton. Does someone have a link or citation for the Rhode Island marriage record?
Nortonfamily.net (appears the last update was some years ago) has no citations for birth, marriage to William Bundy or death of Elizabeth.
At present, I have three possible maiden names for Elizabeth Bundy, wife of William Bundy. However, I have seen no real documentary proof favoring any of the 3. The only sources I have for her are the Bundy Memorial Stone with no maiden name and the statement that she was born in England and the marriage record which again has no last name but was for a marriage in Rhode Island. That would seem to eliminate this Elizabeth Norton as the profile says she was born in North Carolina. Family Search seems to like the Caldwell name but has exactly the same sources. Does anyone have any other source for her?

Caldwell is given as her maiden name.
