Of Whitaker Place, Auckland, formerly of Whanganui, New Zealand.
Martha Lillian O'Connor was born on 11 October 1896. She was the youngest daughter of Elizabeth Miller and Mark John O'Connor, of Whanganui. Her father was killed by falling from his horse and breaking his back in 1898.
From the Wanganui Herald of 17 December 1903:

After World War I she married Herbert George Farnall and they had one daughter.
She died in 1974.
