Annie Josephine O'Donnell, daughter of Michael O'Donnell and Johanna (Unknown) O'Donnell, was born in Dedham, Massachusetts about 1867.[1][2][3]
The 1870 US Census for Dedham shows a household headed by Michael O'Donnell (30) and containing his wife Johanna (33), daughter Annie (3), step-son James Walker (14) and step-son Hamilton Walker (13).[2]
The 1880 US Census for Dedham shows a household head by Johanna O'Donnell (60) and containing James O'Donnell 24 (presumably James Walker who had changed his last name) and Annie O'Donnell (12).[4]
Annie married Thomas Hannon, Jr. in Dedham on August 3, 1887.[1]
Annie and Thomas had the following children:
In the 1910 US Census, Annie is listed as 43 and living in Dedham with her husband Thomas (43), son Edmund (19), son William (17) and daughter Marion (15).[6]
In the 1920 US Census, Annie is listed as 52 and living in Dedham with her husband Thomas (53), son Edmund (28), daughter-in-law Margeret (27), grandson Thomas (1), and son William (26).[7]
Annie's husband, Thomas, died in Dedham in 1926, at the age of 61.[8]
At the time of the 1930 US Census, Annie was listed as 64 and living in Dedham in the household of her son Edmund H. Hannon.[9]
At the time of the 1940 US Census, Annie was listed as 73 and living in Pawtucket, Rhode Island with the family of her daughter Marion (Hannon) Gallagher.[10]
