Everett O'Neil was born on February 18, 1919 in Sandwich South Township, Essex, Ontario, Canada, son of Gordon Francis O'Neil (1896–1983) and Sylvia Annie Deslippe (1898–~1994).^[1]

Everett (20) married Rose Emma Laporte (18) (born on November 29, 1921; daughter of Henry Laporte) on November 29, 1939 in Windsor, Essex.

Everett died on January 23, 1997 in Windsor, Essex, aged 77. He was buried in Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Maidstone, Essex County, Ontario.^[1]
