Catherine Florence, called Florence, was the oldest of six surviving children of William and Elizabeth O'Neill,[1] growing up and attending school in the village of Elmira, Ontario.[2][3]
Florence worked as a milliner in Elmira[4] before her marriage to Edward Arnold.[5]
In 1921, Florence and Edward were living on Centre Street in Elmira with their three daughters. Edward was manager of a furniture factory.[6] They had seven children in all.[7]
Florence died in Elmira at age 87 and is buried with her husband in Saint Theresa Roman Catholic Cemetery, in Elmira.[8]
