Born 25 September 1910 (in 1909 by Vic BDM info) in Warragul, Victoria, Australia to Patrick Simon O'Loughlin and Cecilia Catherine (Johnson) O'Loughlin. Nanno/Nancy was named after her aunty Nanno. Nanno/Nancy later changed her name by Deed Poll to Nancy. Nancy was educated at the The Brotherhood of St. Laurence Convent in Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia.
Nancy started her career as an apprentice to a taylor but she hated it and didn't want to sew buttons all day so she left.
Nancy and John were married at St. Marys Catholic Church in Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia on the 24 September 1931.
Nancy also worked at the Coles Cafeteria in Bourke Street, Melbourne while they lived on 5 acres at Tally Ho/East Burwood. She enjoyed knitting and crochet.
Nancy died 16 October 1979 in Moe, Victoria, Australia and was cremated at the Springvale cemetery in Victoria, Australia. Her ashes are spread at Middle Creek Road Flats, (Opposite Bill Paiges farm).
