RETIREMENTS THE following retirements from the Public Service are hereby notified, the section of the Public Service Act, 1902, as amended, under which the retirements were effected and the last day of service being indicated within brackets: Department of the Attorney-General and of Justice Department of Corrective Services Mr Reuben James O'Keeffe, Deputy Superintendent [section 66 (1)—13th July, 1972].[3]

Fri 24 Aug 1973, Government Gazette of the State of New South Wales, (Sydney, NSW : 1901 - 2001), Issue No.111, p. 3593, Government Gazette Appointments and Employment (6179) Premier's Department, Sydney 13th August, 1973. HER Majesty the Queen has been pleased to award the Imperial Service Medal to the following officers on their retirement: Department of Corrective Services Mr Reuben James O'Keeffe.[4]
