At some point, he migrated to England, where he was a Lieutant Royal Marines and was in the air arm. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, and later, became a Justice of the Peace.

Orbell died on December 29, 1988 in Suffolk, England, United Kingdom, aged 68. He was buried in St Peter's Churchyard, Nowton, St Edmundsbury Borough, Suffolk.[1][2][3][4]
