Carrie Belle Oaks was born on November 23, 1874 in Missouri, United States. She was the daughter of Unknown Oaks and Sarah J. Unknown.
In 1892, she was married to Charles Francis Tarbet.[1] They had 6 children.
In 1900 Charles and Carrie moved to Texas.
She passed away in 1906.[2]
Previous note states she passed "while giving birth to twins, in Rule, Haskell, Texas. The infants also passed." However, the obituary attached to her FAG memorial page states she had been "ill two weeks with inflammation of the bowel."
