SEPARATION ORDER (Nov 1916). Mrs Sarah Ann Jones, of Grove, married woman proceeded against her husband Benjamin Jones to show cause why an order should not be made for her to live apart from him (2) That he pay the court expenses in connection with same.
Mr C. D. Cuthbert represented Mrs Jones. Defendant did not put in an appearance and the case was heard ex parte.
Plaintiff deposed that she and her husband lived together as man and wife for six years. Ten years ago next January he left her, at Grove, and she had not heard, seen or had any support from him during that period
