According to The Cornwall OPC database there is no record of the Baptism of this Jane in 1686 or before 1690, only the record of her 'half sister'.

All indications of parentage and descendants point to her half sister surviving, most likely until 1689 as indicated in the above data, which appears to be linked to this, the incorrect sister. All relationships will be linked to the half sister.
