Biography

Henry's immediate heir was his son also known as Henry. But note that in Sanders (English Baronies) and Keats-Rohan, there is an extra generation as explained by Rosie Bevan:

Sanders (1960), normally careful in his interpretation of contemporary record, created another Henry d’Oilly dying in 1196, placing him between Henry (d.1163) and Henry (d.1243 [sic, should say 1232 as shown in rest of the article, Sanders, Keats-Rohan etc]). This was adopted more recently by Keats-Rohan (2002), who included an entry for this middle Henry, confusing the biographies of three generations of the d’Oilly family in the process

Therefore Margery, whose line eventually inherited the Barony of Hook Norton, is correctly seen as a daughter of this Henry, who died 1163.
