Unproven Illustrious Ancestry

It is alleged in numerous online sources that this person is the son of John Oliver and Elizabeth Rowland. This provides a purportedly illustrious royal ancestry. However, there is no primary or reputable secondary evidence of this connection and it has been disconnected.

I was looking for something else in the Essex archives and kept seeing a Mary Oliver. I'm not sure the one I'm seeing is the daughter, she'd be too young for the bad behavior and the courts. But it moved me to this other strange tidbit: he may have carried hemophilia over? I can't confirm this based on this blog post, but it sounds like that Appleton book might have useful sources and such.

Edit to add: I knew Victor McKusick--this is a legit source: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/article-abstract/567541

Oliver-1941 and Oliver-1026 appear to represent the same person because: They both died 1642 Newbury.
