Received of John James full satisfaction for the within consideration. Kenaz Ralls. Since Rebecca Oliver could not conveniently travel to the Court, John James, Joseph Blackwell and Samuel Blackwell appointed to go to her for waiver of right title and interest.

Alexander Scott and Elizabeth his wife of Charles Co., Maryland leases to Hezekiah Oliver a tract in Fauquier now in the tenure occupation and possession of the said Hezekiah and adjoining the tenement and parcel of land held by Josias Oliver, and one other tract of land . . . whereon the late Mrs. Elizabeth Blackwell dwelt and resided and which she held as part of her dower. To have and to hold the two said tracts . . .
