Hezekiah Oliver and Rebecca his wife and Kenaz Ralls of Fauquier to John James of Fauquier for 50Ð Virginia currency a tract of land in Stafford and Fauquier containing 25 acres and bounded as follows: Beginning at A a black oak corner to the dividing line between Cooper and Oliver on the Aquia Road and near Coopers fence thence with the said line S4W50 poles to B a double spanish oak in said line thence leaving said line south S87E82 1/2 poles to C a small gum N4E41 poles to D a small spanish oak on the said Aquia road thence along the road N70W30 poles N87W56 poles to the Beginning.

Alexander Scott and Elizabeth his wife of Charles Co., Maryland leases to Hezekiah Oliver a tract in Fauquier now in the tenure occupation and possession of the said Hezekiah and adjoining the tenement and parcel of land held by Josias Oliver, and one other tract of land . . . whereon the late Mrs. Elizabeth Blackwell dwelt and resided and which she held as part of her dower.
