Biography
Robert Oliver was born in Delta, British Columbia on September 22, 1887[1]. He was the son of John Oliver and Elizabeth Woodward.
At the time of the 1901 Canada Census, John, Elizabeth, Robert, William A, John J, Charles E, Joseph, Elizabeth A, and Sarah E Oliver were listed as living in Delta, British Columbia, along with Elizabeth's sister Ann Woodward and four domestics[2].
