Biography
Cecil was the son of Harry Oliver and Emma Ryder, and was born on 3rd December 1890 in the Stourbridge district, Worcestershire.[1]
He married Edith Mary (Johnson) Oliver (1888-1968) in 1916.[2]
He died in the Bridgnorth district, Shropshire, in 1969.[3]
