Mathilde Olivier, daughter of Louis Valmont and Alise Fournet, was born about April 1853 at Olivier, Louisiana, USA.[1][2]
She married Hilaire Boutte, her second cousin and son of Seveignes Boutte and Magdeleine Olivier, on 5 Feb. 1873 the marriage was recorded at St. Peter Catholic Church, New Iberia, Iberia Parish, Louisiana. [3]
She and Hilaire appeared on the census of 12 June 1880 at Ward 2, Isle Piquante, Iberia Parish, Louisiana.[4] Hilaire died in 1890 and she appeared on the census of 7 June 1900 in the household of her son, Hernandez Boutte, at 2nd Ward, Isle Piquante, Iberia Parish, Louisiana.[2] She appeared on the census of 26 April 1910 in the household of Hernandez and her daughter-in-law, Heloise, or Louise, (Benoit) Boutte, at Louisiana Ave., Patterson, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana.[5] She appeared on the census of 12 Jan. 1920 in the household of Hernandez and Heloise at Live Oak St., Patterson, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana.[6]
Mathilde died on 24 Aug. 1920 at Patterson, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana.[1]
