Nov: 1753:"Sijnde wyders aan den Burger Barend Johan Lucas in eijgendom gegeeven een stukje huijs Erfs en Thuijn Land geleegen in 't Land van Waveren omtrent de plaats van den Land bouwer Jan olivier, ter groote van Twee morgen, om zig daarop ter needer te setten en desselfs Ambagt van kleedermaaker ten dienste der Inwoonderen aldaar te oeffenen, onder Conditie egter van op het voorseijde Land geen Vee te mogen houden, en dat ook Niemand der Buuren door het uijt geeven van dien benadeelt werd." According to the above Jan Olivier was still alive on the 27-11-1753 A Will ( MOOC 7/1/8 No. 2 ) [Testament dd 04.09.1722] was made at time of marriage but no inventory was filed at his death so date of death was unrecorded. [8]
