Embret (Olsen) Rosendahl was a North Dakotan.
Engebret Rosendahl was born to Ole Hansen and Magrethe Engebretsdr on 15 October 1829.[1] He was baptized in Gran, Opland, Norway on 25 October 1829.[2] We see that he is living at Rosendal at the time he attended as a sponsor for his nephew's baptism in 1845.[3] He migrated to the United States where he lived in Minnesota.[4][5] Engebret married Ragnild Johnsdatter on 6 February 1864 in Houston, Minnesota.[6] and lived in Minnesota[7][8][9][10][11] and North Dakota.[12] He passed away on 27 September 1901 and is buried in Viking Cemetery, Maddock, Benson County, North Dakota.[13]
