Biography
According to the household records Johanna Mortana Olsdotter was born in Kville parish, Göteborg och Bohus län, Sweden on February 1, 1846. Her parents were Olle Johansson and Inga Helena Hindriksdotter.[1][2]
According to the FindAGrave memorial Johanna Mortana's emigration went by way of Oslo, Norway.[3]
Research note
The birth book for Kville at that time was lost in a fire in 1904.
