Dates of birth and death based upon census data and GRO index references. This lady caused some problems when searching because she married a distant cousin who lived in the same village and shared a surname and great-grandparents. She was born after the family had permanently moved back to Potterne when John set up his tailoring and grocery business in High Street.
She was married to James W Orchard in Potterne in 1888 (Devizes 1888 Q1 5a 156). She had at least 5 children.
Her death was in 1919 in Potterne, just four years after the death of her youngest child. (Devizes 1919 Q2 5a 103)
