Lot granted 1688/89 to Charles Hains, sold 1690 to Lancelott Beck(?), sold to Richard Williams 1691,sold 1692 to Mary Haslum'who afterward married with John Miers the elder, by whom she had four children: John, James, Mary, and Sarah Miers.
Mary [Haslum] survived her husband John and in her 7 August 1727 will left one acre of the lot to be used as a burying ground for her two sons John Miers [2] and James Miers and her sons-in-law Daniel Palmer, husband of Mary Miers, and Jonathan Ozburn [Osborn?}, husband of Sarah Miers. Son John Miers was the heir of the other three acres.

Osborn-1325 and Ozburn-21 appear to represent the same person because: I like Ozburn as a last name, but Ozburn-21 has no sources. Records show that he married Sarah Miers of the many marriages in 1724, so he can't have been born in 1725.

Ozburn-49 and Osborn-1325 appear to represent the same person because: These are just spelling variations for the same man. Same spouse, Sarah (Miers) Rowland.
