It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anne by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anne:

Since son George Monroe was born in 1719 wouldn't it make sense that Spence Monroe is the father if we are saying the marriage to Andrew wasn't until 1727? I have it that way in my charts with some documentation but want to ask the others- Becky Elizabeth

I don't believe those are her parents. I'm not so sure of her birth name either, but am not sure how to track that

How could George Monroe and Ann Osborne be the parents of Rachel Pettit? Rachel Pettit was born in 1735 Ulster CO NY and the Monroe and Osborn are listed as being born in Rutherford CO NC. I would like to see documentation on Rachel in Church records, or Marriage records as to who her parents were.

Osborn-1755 and Osborn-638 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same spouse, same time frame same location
Osborn-1755 and Osborne-646 appear to represent the same person because: same name, same spouse, same time frame, same locations, same death date, 1720 birth date probably correct
I have marked this as a match to my Osborne-1699, however, there is some discrepancy about who her mother was...

Ann Jones or Ann Werli?
