Paul, I just found the privacy settings. I changed it to open. Is that the correct setting that I should use? Do I remove myself as the trusted list person too? I have no idea how my gpa’s privacy setting was changed to the green setting and my gma’s was set as open because I wasn’t even aware of these settings until just now.
Because he passed away in the 1970's, further maintenance of the current level of privacy is inappropriate. His places and dates of birth are easily obtained from the link to Find a Grave.

To protect a person's profile from vandalism or other abuse is appropriate, but the "green" level that precludes others from altering his personal data would be adequate for that purpose. Wikitree is a collaborative effort, and facilitating such is part of m7 obective.

Thank you.

Hi Paul, I’m sorry. I don’t understand what you are saying. Do I need to correct something? I’m not a pro on wiki so I need help if I need to correct something. John Oster is my grandfather. Please tell what I have to do. Thank you. Chris
