Mary was wed to John Thompson on 5 November 1724 in New London, Connecticut. [2] Mary and John had at least six children:
Sarah Thompson, born on 8 Mar 1725/6 in New London, CT, died ca 1762, wed to John Perkins on 10 Jan 1750/1 in Hebron, CT;
Otis Thompson, born on 3 Nov 1728 in New London, CT, died in 1759 in Hebron, CT;
Joseph Thompson, born on 31 Dec 1731 in Hebron, CT;
Anna Thompson, born on 2 Jul 1734 in Hebron, CT, died on 28 Mar 1798, in Jan 1761 wed to John Foote;
Abigail Thompson, born on 1 Sep 1737 in Hebron, CT, died there on 9 Apr 1812, on 25 Nov 1762 was wed to Jonathan Peters;
MARY THOMPSON, born on 25 Jul 1741 in Hebron, CT, died there on 18 May 1770, on 10 May 1757 was wed to PETER POST. [2]
Mary Otis Thompson died after 25 July 1741 in Connecticut.
