Allen was born in about Sep 1845 in Indiana.
In the 1910 census A (age 63) was the married head of household in Maple Hill, Wabaunsee, Kansas, United States.[1]
In the 1920 census Allen (age 74) was the married head of household in Topeka Ward 5, Shawnee, Kansas.[2]
Allen passed away in 1923 and was buried at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas.[3]
