Biography

Samuel Owens was born about 1725 in King George, Virginia when his father, John, was 40. His mother is unknown; Elinor Gallop was his step-mother.
He married Margaret Bryant[1]; they were the parents of two sons, Reuben and Ephraim, and six daughters, Leah, Vashti, Lucinda, Levina, Susannah, and Seth. [2]
Samuel died in 1766. [1]
