Biography
Charlie W. Owens was born November 10, 1874. He was the son of William and Rachel McDonald Owens. He passed away about May 1956 at home following an extended illness. A native of Casey county, Married Sarah Cassada, June 27 1896. Mr. Owens was a farmer and made his home in this county for 60 yrs. and raised ten children from that union. According to The Somerset Journal (Somerset Kentucky) [1]
