Though born in Louisville, KY, I moved to NYC in 1965 where I lived both in Manhattan and Brooklyn, in 1978 I moved to Los Angeles, CA where I lived in LA, and North Hollywood. In 2004 I moved to Chiang Mai Thailand, where I now reside.

I have a very detailed history on my mother's side of the family which includes information on the following families: HARDT, STEUERLE, KALPHEKE, CERF, DETHORNE, YOUNGS, O'BRYAN, and a few others. However, information on my dad's family is pretty nil. His father - Clarence Aloyisius OWENS b 7 May 1897 d 26 August 1971 in Louisville, KY, and mother - Anna Lula MARCUM b21 Dec 1891 d 17 Oct 1977; His father's parents were Patrick J. Owens, Jr., b 1854 d 1917, and Anna McGoff, b 1856 d 1935; his siblings included Mamie, Catherine, Esther, Patrick, David, Raymond, John and Joseph. His mother's parents were Benjamin Franklin MARCUM b 1869 d 1950 and Nancy (Nannie) Elizabeth NOE b 1869 d 1956. The parents of Patick J. OWENS, Jr. were Patrick J. OWENS, Sr. and Ann CLARK. Not much else is known except it is believed they all come from Louisville, KY or surrounding cities.
