This file needs reorganizing based on his actual will. Keep in mind that there were at least four Richard Pace's and some of them may have been combined into this one. One child is named 3 times and seven children were given the same birth/death dates.
Pace-39 and Pace-2734 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicate; my source has a birth year of 10 years later (see new file for link), I have no issue with using original files' data.
