Biography

Benjamin Pace was born 28 January 1746 at Middlesex, Colony of Virginia. He was the son of William Pace (1742-) and Hannah (Booten) Pace (abt.1712-)l.

Benjamin Pace married Anne Robinson on 4 April 1784 at Fluvanna County, Virginia, United States.[1][2]

In the Court of Chancery, Fluvanna County, Virginia, Benjamin Pace and Anna his wife formerly Anna Robinson one of the children, Heirs & Distributees of John Robinson (Sr) deceased who died intestate filed suit against Elizabeth Robinson Widow of John Robinson Sr, and children John Robinson (Jr) the Administrator of the estate, Michael Robinson, Elizabeth now wife of Frances Pace, and children of 2nd son William Robinson deceased (Polly, Maggy, and Permelia Robinson). Widow Elizabeth states that John Robinson (Sr) died about 4 January 1810. Case was filed 26 March 1810 and settled sometime subsequent to Elizabeth's death before 29 February 1820.[3]
