Biography
Mary was born in 1877, the daughter of William W. and Rachel Agnes Heck Padgett. Mary married Samuel Franklin "Frank" Lackey and together they had seven children: Edgar Brugh, Ruth Johnson, Robert Padgett, Lloyd Franklin, Rachel Adeline and Laura Frances. One child Estelle Agnes died as an infant. [1] Mary passed away in 1946 and was buried at the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery in Lexington, Virginia.
