11 Mar 1767 is a presumptive match from Find A Grave: Memorial #16630145, especially since the birth data matches exactly and the burial location of Salisbury Plains, Amesbury, Essex, Massachusetts is consistent with last apparent residence.

Initial notice of what looks like multiple merges needed. There are two John Page / Paige profiles with same date of birth. Page-2637 and Paige-209 with DOB 17 Jun 1696 to be considered. There is an accompanying duplicate wife profiles. Additionally, the Paige profile has one Samuel child that does not a match up well with the Page profile Samuel as there is a 20 years difference in births. Will post at both John profiles so the four managers can see the best way to clear the differences and do the merge process.
