Birth

John Paine was born on 3 September 1710 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay as the first of six children to Jonathan Paine (1686-1752) and Sarah Mayo (1689-1719).^[1]

Siblings

All children were born in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay.

1. Jonathan Paine Jr. was born on 20 September 1711. He died on 5 April 1761 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay.
2. Sarah Paine was born on 17 June 1714. She married Anthony Snow (1709-1796) on 2 March 1732 in Truro, Massachusetts. Sarah died on 4 June 1769 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay.
3. Daniel Paine was born on 12 May 1716. He died on 25 January 1785 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States.
4. Elizabeth Paine born 14 December 1718. She married three times. 1) Thomas Smith III (1720-1752) on 14 February 1741 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay and 2) John Snow (1700-1766) on 21 July 1764 in Harwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay and 3) Samuel Doane (1697-1778) in 1771. Elizabeth died after 1771.

Death

John died on 15 September 1710 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts. He was 12 days old.
