Moses Paine was a son of Nicholas Paine and Agnes Crofton, baptized April 23, 1581, at Frittenden, County Kent, England. [1]
He immigrated to New England in 1638 on the ship The Castle, traveling with his three surviving children. He settled at Braintree, Massachusetts.[1]
He was buried June 21, 1643, at Braintree, Mass., married (1) Nov. 2, 1615, at St. Mildred's Church, Tenterden, England, to Mary Benison, buried. March 6, 1617, at Tenterden, England; marriage (2) about 1618 or 1619, to Elizabeth buried Oct. 11, 1632, at Tenterden, England; marriage (3) about 1642, at Braintree, Mass., to Judith Quincy (widow of Edmund Quincy) born in England, died Mar. 29, 1654, at Boston, Massachusetts.
Activities in Massachusetts Bay Colony
“Moses Paine, 1643, contributed largely toward expenses of earlier Indian Wars.” (Society of Colonial Wars, 1899-1902, P. 723).
“Moses Paine was proprietor of Cambridge before 1638, (and made) Freeman, June 2, 1641.” (Pope’s Pioneers of Massachusetts.)
The activities of this Moses Paine and his son Moses Paine were confused by at least one genealogist, as corrected by another:[2]
It was his son, Ensign Moses Paine, who with Peter Brackett bought of the Indians in 1662 a tract of land eight miles square, at what is now called Mendon.
It was his son, Ensign Moses Paine who with Peter Brackett were grantees in 1670 of the Township of Mendon. (N. E. H. and G. Register, Vol. 22, p. 43).”

PaYne-8571 and Paine-783 appear to represent the same person because: PaYne-8571 is an unsourced profile, but I believe he is a duplicate -- both Moses Paine and Payne have clear duplicate granddaughters Sarah (Paine) Billings. The son Stephen is also a merger I have proposed as once profile is unsourced without any specifics.

I don't see any support for a daughter Rebecca? I believe she may have been added to this family to back up the claim that Thomas Kendall's wife was a Rebecca Paine (for which there doesn't seem to be any evidence either)? Are there any objections to disconnecting her?
