Biography
Josephine was a daughter of Alvin Palmer and Adelaide Amelia Mather. She is a descendant of Walter Palmer of Connecticut. Josephine lived with her parents in Augusta, Butler, Kansas. [1] She married Fred Lovewell Rice in 1904.[2] Their children were:
The family lived in Park, Sedgwick, Kansas. [3]They lived in Augusta, Butler, Kansas. [4] They moved to Wichita, Sedgwick, Kansas before 1930.[5]Fred and Josephine moved to North Fork, Baxter, Arkansas before 1940. [6] Josephine died in 1962[7] and is buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Butler, Kansas. [8]
