Biography

Henry was born in 1858 [1] the eldest son of Pemberton C. and Octavia C. Palmer. He married Sarah Moore in 1884.[2]

He was one of the earliest stock inspectors of the southern districts. For a couple of years he was stock inspector at Gundagai. He died in 1924[3] and is buried in Wagga Wagga Monumental Cemetery NSW.[4]
