Biography

Dr. Luther Morris Palmer was born July 5, 1827 in Oswegatchie, New York to Abraham and Patience Delila (Pierce) Palmer. He was a physician. He married Julia Phidelia Ferrin in August 1852. They were the parents of Alice Fidelia (1860–1939). He married Elizabeth Mary Veach on July 29, 1860 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were the parents of Almeron Veach (born 1860), Mary Elizabeth (1861–1861), Delathine Zelnora (1862–1862), Luther Clark (1866–1891), Morris Augustus (1871–1931), Sarah Ann (1874–1951). He married Helen Nellie Burnett on February 15, 1862 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had no children. He married Dora Elizabeth Bosh on May 21, 1872 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were the parents of Lola Ann (1873-1930), John Quincy (1876–1933), Dora Elizabeth (1879–1879), Morris Dee (1885–1889), Mirth Adelia (1888–1957), Luther Moras (1890–1890), Truman Jay (1891–1918), Chancey Warren (1893–1961), and James Albert (1897–1897). He died on January 12, 1915, in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 87, and was buried in Salt Lake City Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah.
