Biography

Seisly or Cecilia was the daughter of Thomas Palmer and his first wife Jane Aldworth.^[1][2]

She married Richard Allen. Orpen-Palmer says the date was 1693,^[1] but the Marriage Licence Bond is dated 1697.^[3] They had:^[1]

3. Richard, who married Ellen Purdon
4. William, who married Eliza Aldworth
