William married Mary Ann West (~1839 - 1915) in 1855 in North Aylesford, Kent, England.[1]

Their daughter was Harriet Elizabeth (Palmer) Hayes (1857 - 1933).

William died in 1908 in Hartlepool, Durham, England aged ~73.[2]
