Biography

Ivor was born December 3, 1921 in Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales to Charles Palmer and Elsie Cox. His birth was registered the first quarter of 1922.^[1][2][3][4]

In 1939 he is found living with his parents and siblings in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales.^[5]

He married Esther Emily Williams April 17, 1943 in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales.^[6]

He relocated to Canada. The ship departed Southampton, England on April 24, 1954 to Canada. August 31, 1956 he moved to the United States. He went through Niagra Falls, New York on tht day.^[7]

By October 17, 1961 he has settled in Los Angeles, California and that is the day his Naturalization Petition was dated. ^[8][9]
