Biography

Thomas Palmer was born on "19: 7 mo. 1684" a twin of Phebe (Palmer) Kilbourne [1]. He was the son of Samuel and Mary Palmer.

He married Sarah Davis on 19 October 1710 in Charlestown, Mass. They had 7 children, the first 5 being born in Rowley.

His wife's father and grandfather were part-owners of Bunker Hill, since of historic fame. Thomas moved from Rowley to Norwich, Conn., purchasing land in 1724 which remained in the family - five generations of direct line having been born in the old homestead.

He died October 12, 1727 at the age of 43 in Norwich, New London, Conn.
