Research Notes
Marguerite's husband Francois Desjarlais was born and baptized at St. Boniface in 1832 to parents Francois Desjarlais and an unknown Sauteuse woman, and died prior to 1893; he should not be confused with Francois Xavier Desjarlais who was baptized at St. Francois Xavier in 1834 at the age of 6 years, and died in 1908; (his parents were Francois Desjarlais and Marie Maskegone aka Baptiste; he married Marguerite Desmarais, daughter of Francois Desmarais and Marguerite Villebrun dit Plouf).
