Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday at the Owen Cemetery in the Mt. Calvary Community with Reverend Gerald Parker officiating. She was the daughter of the late Reverend William Raeford Parker and a teacher at the Four County Community Services in Tabor City. She is survived by her husband, Gary Wayne Phillips of the home; two sons, Justin W. Phillips and Jason Brent Phillips both of the home; her mother, Annie Rose Green Parker of Clarendon; a sister, Teresa P. Green of Clarendon. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Worthington unreal Home in Chadbourn.
