Carrie Emily 'Emma' Parker Was born on 5 Nov 1879 Pleasant Valley, St. Croix, Wisconsin, USA. She was the daughter of Asa Warren ParkerRose Mariah Dodge[1] and on the 1900 Census with her father and her grandmother.[2]
She married James Lloyd Phillipps on August 21, 1906 in St. Croix, Wisconsin.[3] The couple are listed together on the following census reports:
Carrie passed away in 1947 at the age of 67 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin.[9] Her husband passed away in California in 1966 at the age of 87.[10]
