Biography

Carrie Emily 'Emma' Parker Was born on 5 Nov 1879 Pleasant Valley, St. Croix, Wisconsin, USA. She was the daughter of Asa Warren Parker Rose Mariah Dodge[1] and on the 1900 Census with her father and her grandmother.[2]

She married James Lloyd Phillipps on August 21, 1906 in St. Croix, Wisconsin.[3] The couple are listed together on the following census reports:

  • 1910 Census[4]
  • 1920 Census[5]
  • 1930 Census[6]
  • 1940 Census[7]

Based on census reports; it is believed that they had at least three children:

  • 1. Warren Henry Phillipps (1907–1908)
  • 2. Floyd Lester Phillipps (1909–1959)
  • 3. Eunice Emily (Phillipps) Field (1919–2006)[8]

Carrie passed away in 1947 at the age of 67 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin.[9] Her husband passed away in California in 1966 at the age of 87.[10]
