Frank Isaac PARKER, son of Luther Adams PARKER & Lydia Wilson CHAMBERLAIN, was born 28 MAY 1850 in Littleton, New Hampshire. He married first Susan Elizabeth Jones on 27 Sep 1877 in Littleton, New Hampshire and second Harriet Celia ORR on 26 Aug 1886 in Littleton, New Hampshire. He died 17 Feb 1939 in Littleton, Grafton, New Hampshire
