Biography

Frank Parker was born about March 1842 in Kentucky.

He married Minerva Jane “Nerva Jane” Napier on 8 April 1877 at Clay County, Kentucky.[1]

He was a farmer when he and Minerva appeared on the census of 25 June 1900 at Hyderstown, Leslie County, Kentucky.[2]
