Delilah was born in 1832. in Missouri and a daughter of Samuel Parker and Elizabeth Williams. Delilah's sister, Margaret Parker, married James Garvin in 1843. After her sister's death, Delilah married James H. Garvin on September 29, 1856 in Washington County, Illinois, by Edward Collins. She passed away in 1865 and burial details are unknown. [1]
