Biography

James Parker was born on 28 March 1803 in Glasgow, Scotland. He was the son of Charles Stewart Parker and Margaret Rainy. [1]

He was a British barrister who became Vice Chancellor of the High Court.

Parker was born about 1803. He passed away about 1852.
